Heneghan Construction Services, LLC (HCS), founded in 2016, is a multi-disciplined construction firm that provides turn-key design/build and design/build/finance project delivery solutions to both the public and private sector clients. HCS strives to complete public works projects efficiently, by utilizing continual communication and collaboration with all parties involved; Owner, Contractor, and Engineer. The design/build approach allows for a more efficient use of project funds, reduced engineering fees, faster project completion timeframe, improved construction quality, fewer change orders, fewer project delays, single-point-of-contact, collaborative versus adversarial relationships, and the ability to meet both design and budget needs from the initiation of the project concept through project completion.
HCS partners with experienced, reliable, trustworthy consultants and contractors to deliver a variety of infrastructure improvement project types; municipal and rural water, wastewater, stormwater, land development, and transportation; to meet both the budget and schedule demands of a variety of clients. Through a unique partnership with Heneghan & Associates, P.C., civil engineers and land surveyors, HCS can provide services from four convenient locations in Illinois; Centralia, Columbia, Godfrey, and Jerseyville.
HCS is managed by Ronnie Paul, an Illinois licensed professional engineer, with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction of civil works/infrastructure projects and related project/client management.
